About SL
Greetings!
I am Kali, Customer Service Rep for SL Publishing Group and I’ll be the one giving you a short background on our group but first, I do want to thank you for visiting our site and I hope you decide to purchase our books or join our subscription group.
Before we begin, I’d like to point out that these questions will also listed on the SL Publishing Group Forum under the FAQs under one of the subheadings we use there to help people find their answers quickly.

That’s probably one of the more popular questions when someone is looking at our group for the first time. Simply put, it stands for Sea Lily which is an animal that lives on the reefs of the Pacific Ocean.
What services do you offer?
The objective of the company is to provide our discerning clientele with numerous, high caliber, original works of fiction at a wonderful price in both book and subscription format. We decided to start our company by publishing a genre called yaoi and we joined with some of the best authors in the business to give readers some of the highest quality yaoi we could find. Later, the company plans to branch out into other genres.
What do you offer when a person gets a subscription?
Unlike some other companies, for our subscription service, we offer work from at least four different authors’ stories which are updated monthly for the normal price of $8.95 USD/month. At the time this was written, we have six authors updating roughly five to seven stories. Our current authors and stories can be found at the subscription site in the right hand navigation column.
Where can your books be purchased?
Our books are sold through the SL Publishing Group Shoppe. The reviews of our first book, Cethe, have been wonderful and can be found on Becca Abbott’s author page. Our next book is Cake, by Kiix (Derekica Snake) which is due to be released at the end of March 2010. After that, Skaia, by Ayden Sadari, will be released in Summer 2010.
Who are your authors and what stories do they write?
Simply look to the right for a list of our current authors. Click their names to see what they have in their bio information. The stories they offer are listed in the next column below.
Who are the names in the company we may need to know?
The names you need to know are the only people able to speak officially for the company. They are our president and founder, Heather or Harial and our Vice President and the Head Customer Service Representative, Kali.
Individual authors (listed to the right) are allowed to announce updates to their stories, make posts concerning their stories and moderate their section of the forum.
Trudy is the supermoderator on the forum and is allowed to make forum related announcements, deletions, and corrections that are unrelated to official business. She can also assist with forum related issues.
If others are added to the list, this message will be updated.
Where are you based?
We are based out of Texas in the United States of America but our authors are all over the world.
Where can I learn a bit more about your company?
Please visit our forum which is currently the main method we use for news purposes as it can email people any important announcements. Be sure to read the forum rules before posting there and read the FAQs for more company, author, story, and services related information as well as answers to common questions.
Who do I contact if I have site questions, comments, or issues?
For any of these, please contact customer service. Currently I’m the main CS rep so you can contact me at kali@slpublishinggroup.com and I will answer your email as quickly as possible. Please feel free to send improvement comments or even comments on something you don’t like as well as actual problems (or even solutions to a problem you’ve found) with the site. All information of this sort helps us give our customers better service.
For now, that is it for company information. I hope that you read our story samples and choose to subscribe to SL Publishing Group!
Sincerely,
Kali
